We ship everything priority mail and insure all packages over $100.00 by Us post office, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays,weekends and specified dates. (See special closures) Our charges are as follows: $0-$40.00.........$7.00 $41.00-$100.00....$8.50 $101.00-$200.00...$10.50 $201.00-$300.00...$12.50 $301.00-$400.00...$14.50 $401.00-$500.00...$16.50 $501.00-$600.00...$18.50 $601.00 and up...$20.50 Overnight... $30.00

Returns:
While it is our hope you will love your jewelry, we understand that sometimes it just didn't work out. What ever the reason please e-mail us or call with in 5 days of receipt for a no hassle refund * After the 5 days we will exchange your jewelry for jewelry that is of equal or greater value for up to 12 day's. Why so strict? Jewelry is very delicate and needs to be taken care of properly so it cannot become damaged. We feel like 5 days should be enough time for you to decide if the jewelry will work or not. Our exchange policies are a courtesy because we realize things happen, credit is applied and applicable for 1 year from the time of purchase just in case you can't use your exchange immediately. No returns on custom made jewelry. Any fees that occurred in the manufacturing of your jewelry, I.E. "Rush" order fees, are also non-refundable. .... * After you contact us please mail the jewelry back to us priority mail with insurance, securely packaged (in original packaging if possible) and we will send you a full refund minus any shipping, handling and insurance fees incurred. If you received Free shipping, that will be deducted as the jewelry was returned. In addition, because everything is made at the time you order to your specifics we also deduct a hourly labor charge of $20.00 per hour, charges fluctuate depending on size of order. Jewelry must be returned unworn and cannot be returned after your wedding date.

Make all checks payable to -Portland's Treasure Chest, Mail checks to: Portland's Treasure Chest 7017 sw 76th ave Portland, Oregon 97223 Checks take generally 3-5 business days's to clear the bank. Jewelry is mailed out once the check clears the bank. $30.00 charge for returned checks

For a $25.00 non-refundable fee we can bump your order up in production. RUSH orders generally mail out within 3-7 day's. Please note* if you choose over night shipping your order will be mailed out after the 3-7 day manufacturing time.

Closures:
We are closed all major holidays. We also close shop Decemember 3rd ---January 4th 2008, all orders must be placed by December 3rd, 2007. Any orders placed after that date will be processed on or ater January 4th, 2008.
