We are a family run and owned business in the great North West state of Oregon. We have been making and providing quality accessories at affordable pricing for more than 16 years. *Processing time:
Our Order processing time is generally 1-3 days, busy months can be as many as 5 days. International orders take longer as we have to calculate shipping. Manufacturing time can take up to 2 weeks during busy months. We highly recommend that you start your search a couple of months prior to your wedding date. We do our very best to get merchandise to you in a very timely manner, however, we are not responsible if this doesn't reach you in time. We ship out according to customer instructions. If this is a rush order, please indicate that in the comments section. We will contact you with options on shipping. During really busy months we can "RUSH' your order, See RUSH orders. *Shipping:
United States shipping is as follows: 0-40.00=$8.00, 40.00-100.00=8.50, 100.00-200.00=$10.50, 200.00-300.00=12.50, 300.00-400.00=14.50, 400.00-on up=16.50. This includes tracking and insurance and shipping time in the US is generally 3-5 days. If you need X-press, overnight or any special shipping requests, please add that in the comments section when ordering. **INTERNATIONAL ORDERS take longer to process, shipping is calculated after your order is placed based on location, weight and the date you need your merchandise by. We will e-mail you with a shipping quote. **PLEASE NOTE, for International orders our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country. back to top
*Returns:
It is our hope that you will love your merchandise and we do as much as we can to give you a clear, large photo in hopes of making your choice a little easier. Please inspect the piece as soon as you get it and contact us within *3 days* of receiving your merchandise based on tracking information should you decide for whatever reason that it is just not for you and we will give you a refund, minus any shipping charges or rush fees paid and a 25% restock fee may apply depending on the reason for the return. We do not offer refunds on custom orders or dyed orders. We do not give refunds after your wedding date or the date you request your merchandise by. This allows us to keep our overhead down and our prices low. **PLEASE NOTE, YOUR MERCHANDISE SHOULD REACH US NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS FROM THE TIME YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THE RETURN. YOU MUST MAIL THE MERCHANDISE BACK PRIORITY MAIL, WITH INSURANCE AND TRACKING INFO TO: 16305 SE JASPER DRIVE DAMASCUS, OREGON 97089. DO NOT RETURN THIS TO THE WAREHOUSE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PACKAGES OR REFUNDS AFTER THAT TIME FRAME. A 25% RESTOCK FEE WILL APPLY FOR ALL JEWELRY THAT IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DEFECT, OR DAMAGE.** back to top
*Lost or damaged packages:
Please make sure all shipping information is accurate before ordering as we are not responsible and have no controll over lost packages. please contact the USPS post office if your package is damaged. back to top
* Custom orders:
Yes, we love custom orders, please e-mail us for design information. Custom orders are non-refundable. If your order requires us to make a mold there is a non-refundable $150.00 fee and will take 4-8 weeks to make. Handmade items are generally a 2 week turnaround time. **WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS** A $60.00 plate fee per custom order item and a minimum order of 12 sets must be ordered. See Wholesale. back to top
*What forms of payment do you take:

*Materials/Metals:
We use only the finest materials and gems we can. Most of our pieces are embellished and include Romantic Swarovski crystals and rhinestones, Swarovski pearls, Freshwater pearls, Mother of Pearl or faux pearls and Our cubic zirconia is grade A and available in many sizes and shapes. Most of our jewelry is smothered in a Rhodium (a step above platinum) electroplated layer giving the piece the appearance of a white gold and making it last for a lifetime. We also use silver plate, anti-tarnish sterling silver, or platinum. Our gold jewelry is handmade with a gold plate, 14k gold filled, antiqued gold, 24k gold vermeil (sterling silver with gold plating)or 14 k gold. ***Please keep all metals and gemstones away from children, crystals include lead*** back to top
